Explosion!
Some people call this a blow out. It sounded more like an explosion. This picture doesn't even do it justice. I should point out that I was nursing when this happened. I heard it and seconds later felt it. It went through his outfit, up his back, through the blanket and through my pants. What a mess. Mid-day bath for Beckett.

Reactions & Comments
I can see that people are visiting the site based on the site meter but I haven't received many comments or feedback. Recently the only people who have commented are Jennifer, Patty & Kathy. I really enjoy seeing the comments. It keeps me motivated to continue to update the blog on a regular basis. Please feel free to comment on any post.
In addition I've added a feature called "Reactions" to the bottom of each post. You simply click on the box to the left of your selection and the blog will track the responses. Rolley-Polley-Beckett
Beckett rolled over for the first time tonight from tummy to back.
We didn't catch it the first time with the camera or video camera. The second time we got it with the video camera. I put him on his tummy again hoping to catch it with the regular camera but he just cried. I'm going to give him a little break and try again later.
The best part was Keaton cheering for him and then giving him a kiss when he did it. It was beyond adorable.
Beckett - 2 month check-up
Beckett had his 2 month check-up. It's a little late. He is actually 11 weeks old today but we postponed his appointment so we could spend a little more time with family in WNY.
He is 12 lbs 4 ounces (50th percentile) and 24 1/2 inches (95th percentile). Poor little guy had three shots. I didn't cry this time. Probably because Keaton was in the room with us and so I was trying to keep him occupied while Darren held Beckett for the shots.
I looked back at the blog post for Keaton's 2 month check-up. He was 13 lbs 2 ounces and 24 inches long. I wouldn't have thought Beckett would be longer as he was actually 2 inches shorter when he was born. I'm guessing this means that I will have another skinny kid wearing floods. ☺
I go back to work next Wednesday (2/16). It's going to be really hard to leave my boys. I've enjoyed spending so much time together. I guess being at work will just make me appreciate the time that I can be home.

Kum & Go
Yes - the name of this gas station / convenient store chain is actually called Kum & Go. They were all over Iowa. I giggled every single time we passed one.
I would have liked to be at the concept meeting when the owner told that shareholders, "I think we should call it Kum & Go". Do you think it was innocent or intentional?

Beautiful sunny day. This may be the first time we've seen the sun and blue sky in 8 weeks.
