Brothers

I finished feeding Beckett and asked my Mom if she wanted to hold him. All of the sudden Keaton came running over saying it was his turn. I think this may actually be the first time he asked to hold him. He held him long enough to take pictures with the phone and the regular camera.

Beckett's Visit to the Hospital

I wanted to share with our blog followers that Beckett was admitted to Women's and Children's Hospital of Buffalo on Monday with a case of RSV. He was having a very hard time breathing and his blood oxygen level was low (LMAO- I originally posted blood alcohol level). They placed him on oxygen and suctioned him as needed. Darren and I decided that we would both stay. He was released from this morning and is doing very well. His personality is back and we are all just happy to be home, well at my Mom's.

This picture was taken this morning when we were told we could leave. It almost looks as if he is smiling. He didn't have the oxygen anymore but you can see that his right hand was prepped for an IV. Poor little guy! I didn't watch when they put in the IV - I would have been crying harder than he did!

He is now home and appears to be feeling much better. Night and day from the baby we took to the hospital Monday morning.

Loc Blocs

Aunt Nicole has rediscovered one of her favorite toys... Loc Blocs (aka the generic version of legos). I don't remember playing with these when we were kids but she does. She found them in my Mom's basement so Keaton would have something to play with today. I think she enjoyed them more than Keaton. During his nap she put together some of the examples that were on the outside of the bin. There is a house, hot air balloon, rescue boat and a tractor.
